Istanbul Once Again Leads in Housing Sales

Istanbul was once again the city with the highest number of housing sales. In May 2025, a total of 22,103 housing units were sold in Istanbul. It was followed by Ankara with 11,975 sales and Izmir with 7,817 sales.
