Clarification Text on Communication and Application Channels

This clarification document has been prepared by REPORTAGE TURKEY GAYRİMENKUL GELİŞME YATIRIM SATIŞ PAZARLAMA TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ in its capacity as a data controller and service provider within the scope of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Notice on Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarify. It has been prepared for the purpose of informing you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data;

Personal data submitted to us by you via our website, call center or corporate e-mail account communication channels are processed for the purpose of communication activities, tracking and responding to requests and complaints, and managing emergency processes.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Law No. 6698, the personal data in question are processed automatically in order for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations and on the basis that processing of the data is required for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right. The personal data you have provided are assessed only within our company and are not transferred to third parties.

If deemed necessary by our Company, you may be contacted and asked to provide information about the accuracy of personal data. All these transactions are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, our Privacy Policy, and other legal provisions.

In accordance with Article 11 of Law No.6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, as the relevant data owner you may apply to REPORTAGE in order to exercise your rights to:

Find out whether personal data has been processed
In the event that personal data has been processed, to request information
Find out why the personal data is being processed and ascertain whether or not they are being used in accordance with their purpose
Know about third parties to whom personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad
Request rectification in the event of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data as provided for in the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymisation of Personal Data law
Request notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred that incomplete or incorrectly processed data has been corrected or that the data has been deleted or destroyed on the request of the data owner
Object to an outcome detrimental to the person himself/herself caused by analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
In case of harm caused by unlawful processing of personal data, demand a remedy for that harm.

You can submit your requests to REPORTAGE regarding your rights as mentioned above in the ways stipulated in the Notice of Procedures and Principles of Application to a Data Controller. Your application must be for you alone. We wish to emphasize that a subject access request application regarding the personal data of another person cannot be made.

REPORTAGE will respond to your requests for information as soon as possible, free of charge, and within thirty days at most. In order to be able to exercise your rights to make requests regarding personal data, you can access the information on our website via the link https://reportage.com.tr/ and use the "Information Request Form in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data", also on our website.

The Sending of Electronic Commercial Messages to You;

This document has been prepared within the scope of Law 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation of Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages and other relevant legislation for the purpose of informing you about the sending of commercial electronic messages and other messages announcing general/special opportunities regarding products and services offered by REPORTAGE, and to inform you that you may be updated about current developments, that you may receive messages of congratulation and that you may be sent content such as presentations and newsletters and messages for the purpose of informing you about promotions and advertising.

In this context, we would like to inform you that, if you give your consent to receiving electronic commercial messages, you will receive these for the purposes of the sale of goods or services, advertising, sales campaigns, and promotional periods, that messages will be sent to you via your preferred channels of communication, that you can always change your communication preferences or stop all communication free of charge without having to indicate a reason for your choice by refusing the transaction specified in the messages you receive, and that commercial electronic messages and other messages will be sent to you via e-mail or mail communication channels in accordance with the law.

You accept and affirm that you have read and understood the above Clarification Document regarding commercial electronic messages to be sent to you. In this context, in the event that, as the data owner, you consent fully and clearly to the sending of commercial electronic messages to you through your preferred channels, we wish to inform you of the possibility that electronic commercial messages may be sent to you.
